Arbor Gallery celebrates grand re-opening
From staff reports
Arbor Gallery is thrilled to announce its grand re-opening celebration on Thursday, July 10, from 5-7 pm to honor its newest owner, Stephanie Schlatter. Following a period of transformation and growth, Arbor Gallery is excited to welcome community members to join in the festivities. The gallery is located at 6654 Western Ave (M-109) in Glen Arbor.
Under the leadership of founding owner Paul Czamanske and longtime business partner David Westerfield, Arbor Gallery embarks on a new chapter with Schlatter, who has been painting and residing part-time in Leelanau for the past 10 years. She joined the gallery as an artist in 2021 and took on the role of co-owner last October, deepening her commitment to the gallery.
“I am so excited to be a part of this wonderful community and to work alongside Paul and David,” said Schlatter. “Together, we aim to create a warm and welcoming space for both artists and art enthusiasts.”
Schlatter first met Westerfield when she arrived in the area, taking a class from him, and their shared passion for art has blossomed into a collaborative partnership.
With Czamanske’s exquisite furniture creations and Westerfield’s artistic talents, the trio is dedicated to making Arbor Gallery a vibrant pillar of the community.
Join us in celebrating the gallery’s rich roots and bright future as we work together to enhance the artistic landscape of Glen Arbor. Enjoy an evening of art, community, and connection.
