Arbor Gallery, located on M-109 in Glen Arbor, is thrilled to announce its grand re-opening celebration on Thursday, July 10, from 5-7 pm to honor its newest owner, Stephanie Schlatter. Following a period of transformation and growth, Arbor Gallery is excited to welcome community members to join in the festivities.

Nine Glen Arbor galleries and artists studios are keeping the night light burning this summer as part of Art After Hours. Art After Hours takes place one last time on August 17, from 5-7 pm. It offers visitors a chance to take a self-guided walking tour of galleries located in Glen Arbor’s art district – a five-block area from Lake Street to M-22 to M-109 West.

This summer Czamanske, Uhlmann, David Westerfield and Angela Schuler all exhibit their work at, and take turns manning, the Arbor Gallery. The space is located between Ruth Conklin Gallery and the Sylvan Inn, in the building on M-109 formerly occupied by Ashmun Portrait Art. They’ve taken to calling this the “west end art district.”

The Arbor Gallery, formerly called Old School Gallery and relocated next to the Sylvan Inn on M-109, will hold an artist reception on Friday, July 10, from 4-6 p.m. The Arbor Gallery features the work of Paul Czamanske (Underbark Furniture), Lynn Uhlmann, David Westerfield and Angela Schuler.
