The Glen Arbor Art Association (GAAA) Readers’ Theater will hold auditions for On Golden Pond, Sept. 6, at 7 p.m. at the Glen Lake Community Reformed Church, 4902 W. MacFarlane Road in Burdickville. The Readers’ Theater production offers roles for three men, three women and one teenage boy.

The final installment in the 2017 Manitou Music Festival (MMF) features the Summer Singers on Tuesday, August 15, 7 p.m. at Glen Lake Community Reformed Church, 4902 W. MacFarlane Road, Glen Arbor. This concert is offered at no charge.

The Glen Arbor Art Association (GAAA) invites artists to submit original paintings for the annual Manitou Music Festival poster competition. The limited edition posters are popular, and sold through the GAAA and selected shops and art galleries in Leelanau County. The competition is open to anyone who is a current GAAA member.
