Leland Library hosts improv

From staff reports

On Tuesday, September 21 at 7 pm, Leland Township Library will host the Tilt Think Improv Players for Litflix: a mashup of literature and improv comedy. In this interactive performance, the players create stories and scenes made-up on the spot based on inspiration from the audience.

Whether it’s taking a familiar story and shifting the genre (think Sound of Music as a SciFi) or re-creating a little-known fiction novel based on an audience volunteer’s description, they guarantee a fun, lively, and highly inaccurate re-telling.

There is no cost to attend this program, which will be held in-person and outdoors (weather-permitting). Litflix is suited for older children and adults. Please bring chairs and/or blankets to sit on.
