Century 21 Northland Vacation Rentals launches in Glen Arbor

Business Feature

From staff reports

Leelanau County property owners looking to rent their homes each summer have a new alternative, thanks to Northland Vacation Rentals, a new Glen Arbor-based business.

The new venture will be led by Connie and Matt Kroll. Connie is a licensed realtor who is consistently ranked as a multi-million dollar producer and is a repeated winner of the Pinnacle Quality Service Award. Matt is a licensed builder and has owned Kroll Contracting since 2001, building primarily custom homes. Both are northern Michigan residents and proud Glen Lake School parents.

“The demand for summer vacation rentals in the County is incredible,” said Connie Kroll. “But that’s the simple part; those who rent really want professional management and marketing with superb, personal service. There’s some excellent competition in the rental management business, but we believe our firm has some strategic advantages to offer our clients.”

The business is an extension of Century 21 Northland, already helping people buy and sell homes and real estate in Leelanau County and throughout northern Michigan since 2006.

“Just having the strength of that Century 21 brand and network behind us is a great asset to our clients,” Connie Kroll added.

Homeowners in the Northland Vacation Rentals system will have access to: hands-on service by Connie and Matt Kroll and a dedicated, Glen Arbor-based staff; an online interface to manage schedules, clients, and more; 24/7 service and repairs; insured providers; the marketing power of Century 21 to help with lead generation and sales, should the homeowner eventually wish to “test the market” or sell.

Homeowners interested in learning more might want to inquire soon; a limited-time promotion donates $10 to the Sleeping Bear Heritage Trail for every initial homeowner consultation. Homeowners interested may call (231) 346-4100 or email conniekroll (at) c21northland (DOT) com. Century 21 Northland is located at 6640 W. Western Avenue in Glen Arbor.
