The restored Mill on the Crystal River in Glen Arbor will open its long anticipated dinner service on Wednesday, April 17. The restaurant named “Supper,” which seats 32 people in the building’s lower level, will be open five days a week, Wednesday-Sunday, from 4-9 pm and eventually add Tuesdays for the summer season.

Reservations can be made online, no more than seven days prior, at TheMillGlenArbor.com. The Mill hired Megan Knapp to manage the restaurant. The cafe, which launched a year ago on April 1, 2023, is currently open Thursday-Sunday, 8 am-4 pm.

According to general manager Corey Smith, Supper’s menu will change seasonally and feature family-style dining. When it launches later this month the restaurant will highlight Michigan lake trout served with a starch and a vegetable, a meal that can be shared between couples.

“The concept is meant so that you can come twice a month and the menu will feel fresh and approachable,” said Smith.

All meals will be made from scratch, in house. The drink list will include a dozen cocktails made with fresh, high quality ingredients.
