The Jimmys bring blues to Dune Climb Concert

Upcoming Event

From staff reports

The Glen Arbor Art Association (GAAA) brings Wisconsin-based blues powerhouse The Jimmys to the Sleeping Bear Dunes for the annual Manitou Music Festival Dune Climb Concert, Sunday, July 9, at 7 p.m.

Award winning keyboardist and vocalist Jimmy Voegeli leads The Jimmys. The group’s tight vocal harmonies and powerful horn lines summon the sound of Motown, as well as a blend of blues, soul, funk and R&B. There is no charge for the concert but a National Park pass is required for entry. Lawn chairs and picnic baskets are welcomed. Rain location is the Glen Arbor Town Hall. For more information, please call the GAAA at 231-334-6112; or visit GlenArborArt.org.
