Glen Lake Fire Department hosts open house

The Glen Lake Fire Department’s station # 1 will host an open house on Saturday, July 30, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. The location is 6401 W. State St. in Glen Arbor.

Planned activities include a bounce house, a dunk tank, a cotton candy machine, as well as the opportunity to climb aboard a fire and rescue boat, station and apparatus tours, see the in-house training structure and medical equipment, and learn about the fire department’s services. Hot dogs, chips, ice cream, and beverages will be available starting at 11 a.m. Join the Fire Department for a day of fun and education.
