Glen Lake Envirothon hosts Bee-nefit

Upcoming Event

From staff reports

The Bee-nefit is an event to promote awareness of bees, their importance in the world, and the threats they face with Colony Collapse Disorder. It is a part of the Senior Glen Lake School Envirothon team’s community outreach project and Molly Flerlage’s senior project.

Please invite any and all people you think would be interested to the event. All are welcome.

The event will be held Friday, May 2, from 6-8 p.m. at the Botanic Gardens at Grand Traverse Commons. There will be live music, guest speakers, complimentary snacks and a silent auction featuring donations from local businesses such as Grocer’s Daughter Chocolate, Cherry Republic, Yen Yoga, and more.

Email Molly Flerlage at mollyrose548@gmail.com with questions.
