The Leelanau Peninsula Vintners Association’s annual “Toast the Season” wine trail event will be held on two upcoming weekends: November 7-8 and November 14-15. Tickets are available online at www.lpwines.com.

This Leelanau wine trail tour features a special wine pour accompanied by holiday-themed gourmet food at each of the Leelanau Peninsula member wineries. At your assigned starting winery, you will be given a souvenir glass, a holiday gift basket featuring food and drink from the members of Sleeping Bear Gourmet — a group of local, fair trade and organic food producers — and a holiday ornament. Remember that wines and other items from Leelanau Peninsula tasting rooms are the perfect gift for the Holidays.
