Back to School

The University of Virginia and Notre Dame women’s soccer teams (both ranked in the top 10 nationwide) scrimmaged on August 14 at Myles Kimmerly park near Maple City. Virginia often trains at The Leelanau School in Glen Arbor, Michigan. Their head coach Steve Swanson is married to Leland native Julie Polakowski.
