The Homestead Real Estate

Real Estate Guides

The Homestead is a resort community located on about 350 acres of land with a mile of frontage on Lake Michigan, two more miles on the Crystal River. It is a community comprised of neighborhoods — lakefront, river and lakefront, riverfront, lake view and forest view — separated by nature. Within those neighborhoods, you’ll find three types of property — building sites, detached single family homes and condominium homes. You will also find two forms of ownership: Whole and fractional; In “whole ownership” one owner owns all interests in the property; In “fractional ownership” owners own a one-quarter, one-eighth one-twelfth interest in a given property.

Resort Realty offers the best realty services you’ll find anywhere because we are part of the company that developed, owns and operates The Homestead. It represents sellers and buyers of new and resale properties at The Homestead – nowhere else.

It has done that for more than a third of a century and has sold 100% of new properties and about 75% of all re-sales. That experience gives Resort Realty an unmatched understanding of the market and the best data bank on sales, appreciation rates, rentals, operating expenses and re-sales which you’ll find. You can expect the best in realty services anywhere.

Regardless of its role – Seller’s Agent or Buyer’s Broker – those of Resort Realty’s clients who are interested in club membership receive a substantial credit toward their membership deposit as a result of their patronizing Resort Realty. No other firm offers this benefit.
