Northport Arts Association’s members art exhibit opens June 20

The Northport Arts Association is excited to announce the opening of its Members Art Exhibit on Saturday, June 20, showcasing a remarkable display of artwork created by our talented members. This exhibit has been a cherished tradition since October 2016, when the Village Arts Building was completed and generously made available to the organization by Bill and Nina Collins. This beautiful space supports our mission to “Educate, Collaborate, and Celebrate Art” within the community.

Described as “a remarkable display,” this exhibit truly reflects the incredible talents of our members, who consistently create striking and impressive works of art. The artistic diversity presented in the exhibit highlights the vibrant creativity within our community, featuring a wide range of artistic expressions, including paintings in various styles and mediums, pottery of all shapes and sizes, photography, fiber arts, woodworking, miniatures, and more. This exhibit has become one of our favorites, serving as a true celebration of the arts.

Everyone is invited to the FREE Opening Reception on June 20 from 5 to 7pm, featuring light appetizers and a cash bar offering wine, cider, and beer. The exhibit is open to the public from June 21 to July 11, with gallery hours from 12pm to 4pm, Tuesday through Sunday. Come and support local art.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our members for sharing their artistic talents, volunteering their time, maintaining the facilities, and promoting the Northport Arts Association.
