Kasson Township hosts forester Kama Ross

The Glen Lake Library will host a presentation by Kama Ross, a forester with the Leelanau Conservation District, on Thursday, October 29, at 7 pm. Ross will discuss the health of our region’s forests, and the various issues facing them, including storm damage and recovery, and invasive insects and diseases. She’ll also outline the services provided by the Conservation District. The presentation will take place at the Kasson Township Hall, south of Maple City.
