Glen Arbor holds Sidewalk Sales, August 27-30

Get the best deals of the season, eat great food, and enjoy all the recreation that Glen Lake has to offer. The Sidewalk Sales are a popular annual event that closes the traditional summer tourism season.
While the sales usually fall on Labor Day weekend, this year’s sales will happen the weekend before Labor Day, the final weekend in August.
Sales usually begin around 9 a.m., line the sidewalks of Glen Arbor, and last all weekend long. The town puts on a great shopping experience each year, rain or shine. From gift shops, clothing and gear, art galleries, home goods, gardening and more, there’s something for every shopper.
Eat great food around town. Glen Arbor’s culinary experience doesn’t end with Art’s and Boonedocks. Make your way to other ends of town. You can get something quick like a hot dog, slice of pizza, burger, or something homemade from a deli, or enjoy a fine dining experience with a view of Lake Michigan.
