Art Association features photographer in resident

From staff reports

Travel photographer Eric Hatch talks about his artist’s residency with the Glen Arbor Art Association (GAAA) on May 28, 7:30 p.m. at the GAAA, 6031 S. Lake St., Glen Arbor.

Hatch, of Loveland, Ohio, will use his two-week GAAA residency to continue his exploration of long-exposure photographs, and to move from strictly color imagery to more interpretative black and white imagery. Hatch is focused on the region’s water and sky, working at dusk and dawn.

As part of the AIR program, artists are asked to make a public presentation at the end of their residency. For more information, please all 231-334-6112 or visit the GAAA website, GlenArborArt.org, to read about the GAAA’s artist residents.
