Good Harbor Grill

The concept of the Good Harbor Grill was born on Brendan and Ann’s sailboat in the Caribbean, as the northern Michigan couple struggled with two questions: What would be the ideal restaurant to find in the next harbor? And what could they do if they moved, full-time, to their cottage in northern Michigan? Over nearly two decades, the seasonal (May to October) Glen Arbor restaurant has evolved into a village favorite that serves wonderful salads, homemade soups, awesome bread, real roasted turkey sandwiches, creative breakfasts, hand-cut beef, a great seafood selection and flavorful vegetarian dishes.

The Good Harbor Grill has been successful by providing locally sourced, quality food with a simple presentation and a really nice staff. Their turkey soup and sandwich is a delicious favorite, and they remain dedicated to serving healthy food. Cady added, “We have no deep fryers! We’ll stick with local, in season healthy food.”
