This is a fun environment in which to work, and is typically a Friday, Saturday, and Sunday position, from 10am-4pm. • Leelanau Vacation Rentals is seeking a full-time Quality Control Director to begin immediately. This is a wonderful, supportive environment in which to work, and offers medical, dental, vision, and 401k options. Only seeking very determined candidates with extensive housekeeping and management experience and a discriminating eye for checking rental properties and making sure they adhere to the highest standards. Must have a cheerful, upbeat attitude and interact with employees with firmness, yet kindness. Duties include but are not limited to: quality control checks of properties, supervising of housekeeping staff, issuing assignments and supplies, responding to requests and concerns from office staff, and performing other duties as assigned. Must be able to read, interpret and edit documents and schedules, write reports, deal with problems and find solutions, and be flexible to changing schedule requirements that include weekends and holidays.
