Thanksgiving weekend events in Glen Arbor
published October 31, 2009

From staff reports

Once you’ve emerged from your turkey comatose (and the depression of another “Li-downs” loss) check out Glen Arbor’s Thanksgiving weekend lineup.

• The Pajama Party and town-wide sale runs from 5-7 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 27th. Wear your PJ’s and shop for great bargains.

• Then rest up for the Old-Fashioned Tree Lighting Ceremony and Carole Singing at the Glen Arbor Town Hall at 7 p.m. Doors will open immediately following the tree lighting for the Glen Arbor Holiday Marketplace.

• The Holiday Marketplace continues from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 28th, and includes the annual crafts show featuring local artists and crafters … and a visit from Santa.
