Jacob and staff, thank you for the timely and informative article. I called Dan at Hubbell Farm and ordered a turkey; Dan was helpful and gracious, it was delightful to talk to him. Our family will enjoy this Thanksgiving bird particularly because we will have bought it right from the farm, and will have directly supported the folks who raised it. That sure means more than picking up deep-frozen poultry of unknown origin at the grocery store.
